About The Foundation

Overview

Message from our president

Dear supporters and friends,

The mission of the Twin Cities Orthopedics Foundation (TCOF) is to advance musculoskeletal health through community service, orthopedic research, education, and training. Our Board members and staff are all volunteers, enabling the TCOF to directly support more of its goals while minimizing overhead expenses. Special thanks to our volunteers and Board members for their significant efforts.

Of course, without you, our Foundation would have no resources to support our mission, our many worthy community partners and grantees, and extensive orthopedic research. Thank you, and please visit our website at www.TCOFoundation.org for more information, photos, and a user-friendly DONATE button to easily make your fully tax-deductible gift online.

We extend special gratitude to Kurt Anderson, MD, who served on the Foundation’s Board of Directors for many years, including four years as President, and is now retiring from the Board.

After seven years as Board President, I am turning the reins over to the very capable hands of Adam Bakker, MD. It was an honor to help found this great organization in 2007 and serve on its Board of Directors since then.

We can accomplish more, together. Thank you for your support.

David Gesensway, MD

president
